Electus Zwinner (fl. 17th cent.)
Electus Zwinner (fl. 17th cent.) OFMRef. German friar from the Bohemia province. He visited Palestine several times. His first voyage was in 1658, and he became guardian of Bethlehem and commissary of the Holy Land. Author of a Blumenbuch des H. Lands (Munich: Wilhelm Schell, 1661). It is a geography and history of the Holy Land and the role of the Franciscan order there.
